Just bought ArmA 2: Combined Operations - DAYZ

Basically just bought ArmA 2: Combined Operations to play DayZ, but I've bought the steam version and apparently it's tricky to install DayZ with the steam version?

Has anybody done this, if so, I'd love some help please or a guide or something!

Having trouble with downloading the Beta patch though.

That is what i used, been working for the past 3-4 weeks, although you have to update it manually.
