Just bought Borderlands 2 form OCUK and steam says code invalid!

Sorry didnt say the whole story, i ordered this Thursday to play on Friday release day, it didnt arrive and they didnt know why my order wasnt sent out, so came saturday but i have been to busy, so decide to install today and this so it is annoying even for a patient person.
I have contacted steam support to see what they can do because all i can see OCUK doing is asking to send it back so earliest will be wednesday to get to play, well no Thursday now!

Have you entered the code in correctly? It's surprising how many people blame something else when it's usually their own fault.

Hmm I guess this could be one of those ones you have to wait for. Still the game was sealed I guess so not really overclockers fault the manufacturer screwed up with a bad key. Or maybe if you are using a vpn turn it off.

i have entered correctly, what vpn? Googled it if its virtual network im not running one.

Tried restarting steam then putting the code in? a fair few people say that works.

Tried this even found a 2k forum and what they advise but to no effect uninstalled steam and tried to reinstall and its causing problems, saying it needs an empty folder!
People said Origin was bad.

Have you tried entering the code on the NVIDIA site? I had to do this to activate mine. You get given another code to then add into Steam.

Contact OCUK directly. Not Steam. No one else, OCUK.

Re-installing Steam will make no difference, it checks the keycode against all the ones stored in their database in order to activate, there's nothing on your machine that decides that.

Usual stuff, ensure that Os and 0s are correct, same with 1, I and L. Try with or without hyphens.

Hi thanks i left a message in the customer support section,luckily i got no 0s or Is in my code only L triple checked all typed in right.
