Just bought fallout 3 got a different question

None. Play it as vanilla first then add the addons.

Adding 3rd party mods before you've completed the game could potentially ruin it. As it is, it's a cracking game.

Just IMHO.

Agree with above oddly named person. Play the vanilla install, the addons will get in the way and muddle up the main storyline a fair bit.
 
Install all the DLC (play a couple of hours first to make sure you like the game, obviously!) but leave the mods until later.
