I'll benchmark it now is Firestrike a good one to use, sorry for the daft questions but I'm new to gaming. Well I'm back to gaming now I'm a bit rusty about what to use.

Sorry for sounding daft but how do you post pictures on here?
Use IMGUR.

Upload the image there and then copy BB Code for forums. And then copy that into the media icon box (looks like 'movie/photo negatives' at the top, middle right, of the posting/text box.)
