Just bought. What should i install on it? And also what's the benifits?

As above OS then with remaining space any games you use the most. Should decrease loading times and bootup time will be much quicker

Asking what are the benefits AFTER you have bought it? -_____-

Set sata mode to AHCI in bios.
Install windows 7 32/64 bit.
Update firmware if required.
Install main applications/games or whatever you want to have fast save/load times.

know anything that could be improved;

Lancool Dragonlord case
500W OCZ PSU
460GTX 768mb MSI card
i3 overclocked to 4.40ghz
4GB ram DDR3
1TB Samsung HD
64GB SSD

What else do i need?

Gaming, i upgraded it all the past 2 weeks, all in boxes just need to fit it in. I mean am i missing something i could add in, watercooling, blueray player ect

only you know if you want a blur ray drive

do you know anything about water cooling ?

It seems as though you're just buying things without really weighing up the benefits, reasons, etc. Not trying to be rude, so don't take offence at that!

Have you looked into what the capabilities of each of your components are, and selected them accordingly, or just randomly chosen some things that look good?!

The best thing to do would be to hold your horses for a short time, and really look into what you need, and what you want.

Water cooling - why? Is your system running too hot? Are you planning to overclock it to the point where it will be too hot? If the answer to both of those is 'no', then why would you want water cooling?

Of course, you could just want things like that for the cool factor - which is fair enough, but there won't be many people able to help you figure out what you need if it's just buying for buying's sake!
