Are there any known issues with any of the hardware that I should be aware of? Will the cooling in this system be enough or will I need to buy extra fans?

Also, need a game to test this system out, I already have arma 2 is crysis worth a buy?

Thanks

usually people ask before they buy...

but yes it looks fine to me. I wouldn't have gone with AS5 myself, but there's not much in it. your HS also comes with paste pre applied anyway.

None that i'm aware of and cooling shouldn't be a problem.

If you've not played Crysis it's worth an install and will be a good test for the system - along with stress test apps.

Excelent, will get crysis and I take it warhead is worth the extra should I just get warhead as its stand alone isn't it?

How hard will the overclocking be, are their any good step by step guides to overclocking so I don't end up wrecking the system?

I'm busy so i've just copy and pasted a reply i gave someone else - most of it will apply to you:

Why not just try out a very simple overclock yourself – you may be happy with the results?

Leave all other setting on auto and just increase the BCLK until the computer starts failing Prime95 (or the stress app of your choice). Once it begins to buckle revert back to the last known stable BCLK setting. Then use and abuse it in games and apps and see if it remains stable – if it doesn’t reduce the BCLK again. (obviously check your temps while stress testing.) TBH, if your only after 3GHz you'll probably achieve that usuing this method without any other tweaking.

If the system remains stable you can either: stick with your simple, and very probable, substantial overclock, or, you could start increasing the BCLK by very small increments and adjusting the vCore and other appropriate BIOS settings accordingly when it buckles. Of course you may need some guidance from this point onwards but at least you’ll have a slightly better understanding of the process when you come back with questions.

EDIT: This thread is a great guide to overclocking - link - and will probably help demystify some of the process for you.

It's not the best approach but it will give you a taster.
