just broke something.

tried to take the fan off the spool of one of my msi r6580 cyclones.
one of the blades snapped clean off.

any options?

I wouldn't try glueing it back,I tried it once and no matter how perfect you are in aligning the pieces up,it always vibrates and shakes,leave it broke and see if it shakes or affects temps,you might pick up an aftermarket fan for it

It's a good cooler but massive overkill for a 6850

The Twin Turbo II or Pro are just over half the price in some places

right, looking at my options, which are replacing the fan with an aftermarket one cause msi dont hold replacement fans(wtf).

at the moment im looking at price over performence, without naming names the zalman is £9 above the ac, but looking at it the zalman is better.

looking for some more opinions on this

They are both excellent coolers.

I'd get the AC as its cheaper
