just brought c&c 4 off steam and problem please help

okay just finished downloading it and tried to play it but its asking me for an serial number ?
where can i find it or what am i doing wrong ?

Right click the game in your games list and click view cd key.

seconded. I never could complete the single player. Co-op made it bearable but stick with RA3 (and uprising!) if you want a recent and good(ish) C&C.
