Would like to overclock to 4.00ghz. Do not want to change any voltage settings.

I can find out idle temp but not sure on load temp. I got speedfan.
Well speed fan reports cpu 30c idle but im not sure on load how do i find out.


What prefrences do i need to change in bios. (any precautions etc..)
All i need is figures and what to change, how much etc..

The idel temp for my gpu is 58c is that hot?

Hi and welcome to forums

Please use the search bar for genral i7 o/c threads, there are even some with your mobo about.
As far not changing any volts and 4.0 its not goona happen at all, would recomend a google to see what works and when your somewhere near post up most of us will help you fine tune
