just built PC

hey there guys, just finally built my i5 gaming pc and to be honest i havnt had a pc in a long long time just had a laptop which was only for going on facebook ect, just wondering what software/updates i need to put on it, currently ive done the following

fresh windows 7
updated motherboard drivers with disc
updated gtx 570


and thats about it lol any thoughts on what software to get? big thanks.

Update everything Windows tells you to

Software wise it depends what you use, e.g what is your preferred web browser, video player, music player etc.

Google essential PC apps, that should give you some idea
