Well, just downgraded my xbox live account to silver. Went through the old options quite painlessly. Naturally, its a rather accented chap, but i can actually understand him so everythings fine.
I get all the questions to make sure its me.. and then.. he starts laughing.. which got me going because some Indian type chap on the other end having a good old laugh i found quite amusing.. anyway, ended up id set my secret question quite.. interestingly..
Back in the day of Hotmail, you could change peoples passwords be cracking their secret question.. so i used the same philosophy for my xbox live question, which he read out to be "HaHa.. your not gonna get my xbox live account you xbox heads"..
Overall, it was quite the interesting phone call.. but really, trouble free, as opposed to a lot of the cancel nightmare stories.
