Just Cause 2 100%

There are two locations on the map left for me to complete, which is really bugging me, one is an oil rig, which I have *deffinately* completed but it stays at x%, and another is a major city at 100%, although it's unticked because there is something stupid like a crate or transformer somewhere and for the life of me, I cannot find it.

If any of you have completed the game 100% (Locations) any help on the oil rig would be greatly appreciated.

Also, you can feel free to post up any problems you're having completing the game too...

Finding the boxes

Saved Games, That is at 99.62% with 99 hrs

EDIT: i see that oil rig on the bottom left corner is undoable now because there is a bug in one of the missions when you have to blow up that oil rig with a jet, if you got the oil rig before you did the mission you would have it ticked off on your map.

Taken me hours and not even finished the first "section" yet!

Please tell me it get easier to take out these locations as thigs go on.

May have to resort to the superman mod to get around quicker.

It does not but i got to around 97% whichout modding the game so man up.
