It's right there on D2D after you've bought it - says activation code or something. It's either next to or underneath the Download button.

FYI, after purchasing click the download button, on the screen (I think it's step 2), you get a long activation key. Copy and paste that into activate product under the games drop down menu in Steam and that's it.
24 minute download on 3mbit for me.
