Just Cause 2 Grapple And Hook Problem

hi guys

maybe a noob question but when i press F key to hook onto the helicopter at the start of the game he doesnt jump up onto it.

I press F and the hook graps the heli, how do i make him jump up and actually get on it, im having trouble grapple and hooking anything

He won't jump onto it, he'll just hang below it if its 1 of those copters in the first tutorial mission that you use to ferry you somewhere.

It should give you popups to tell you how to hijack them. Not been on it recently but its something along the lines of L-Alt (or whatever Stunt Jump is) and a direction to jump up onto the front of the chopper (that you can hijack), shoot the passenger then it should tell you what to press to hijack it.
