Just checking something before I buy

Would like to add some extra RAM for future proofing and this is a decent deal, I have 2x4GB 1600Mhz running dual channel now so can I run faster RAM in the other dual channel? I am 99% certain it is ok but thought I would check first. This is what I will be using next to Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz.

Yeah it should be ok. I do prefer to match memory these days but thats only down to me liking to push the timings and stuff. Its more difficult if there different in any way.
Though have also used mixed systems without any issues as well.

Running at 1600mhz it should do the same speed. Though due to different sub timings you might not be able to use the XMP, but then again you might be fine. In this case all you would do is set them manually.
