BFG GeForce 7950 GT OC 512MB
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC5300 667MHz
Samsung SpinPoint P HD160JJ 160GB SATA-II 8MB Cache
Antec NSK4400 Mini Tower Case - 380W SmartPower PSU

That motherboard isn't mATX, so it won't be going in that case. Even if it was, it's not a patch on the NFM2-nView board.

Also, an X1950XT is going to be better than the 7950GT.

Something like that would give you far better value for your money.

Also, if your budget allows it, i'd recommend a Lian-Li V300 or Silverstone Sugo SG01E case over that Antec one, it's basically an Aria with an extra couple of vents, but space is really limited, it gets very hot in there, and you may struggle with your choice of cooler. You can also put your own choice of PSU in a Sugo, like a Seasonic or Enermax.
