Looks like an ADSL line. Decent results if so, particularly the upload speed.

That's pretty decent for DSL. Upload speed looks way high unless you have Fibre?

Are you still in the 10 day settling period , I just got fibre today speed test is showing 20 down 10 up now but my dl has been as low as 7mbs

How are you connected to the router?

If it's using wireless/powerline, then it will be slower than ethernet.

That latency suggests to me that the OP is connecting via wireless.

I'm not sure it is wireless ... my pings higher and im using a cable. My cabinet is about 200 yards away

I used to get a ping of 16ms when on 12Mb/s ADSL and now despite me being on a 25Mb/s Fibre connection, my ping is now consistently 30-40ms
