Just enrolled at a gym, need help.

I'm pretty unfit at the moment, suffered a bad back for years which took it's toll on my muscles/strength as I stopped doing pretty much everything.

I'm also pretty scrawny which is down to not eating enough which I'm trying to resolve. So far to ease myself into things I'm just swimming for the moment, I go every other day except this week I have gone everyday. I am currently swimming 800M each session (just breast stroke)

I need a good plan of attack to put weight on and gain muscle, that means training and diet. I do eat healthy already just not enough.

Any advice?

It has pretty much everything I think, Pace health club is where I have joined.

It has a room with what looks like just weights, another room with cardio stuff and what looks like resistance based machines for muscle building and pool, sauna and steam room.

I'll take a look at that thread and see what I can manage, last time I did weights i did too much and my arms were in agony and I couldn't move for a week lol
