Try a CMOS reset sometimes works, double checked the 4 or 8 pin for cpu power is connected.
Remove memory bar one stick, if that fails try the other stick.

Right I have a dead stick of RAM, took second stick out and it booted with display and I got into BIOS, took the good stick out and put the bad one in slot one and no boot again!!

So I think thats it, will call OcUK first thing in the morning and get it sorted!!

Many thanks guys, hope thats the only hitch I have :(

I take it your on vista 64?

It might not be the ram, vista likes to be installed with only one stick in.
Install SP1, then put the RAM back in
