First up is the Enermax 718
The pictures on the web look OK and overall it seems to have quite a reasonable feature set

Pic of box it came in

Once unboxed it's a fairly heavy brute (not quite as heavy as the stacker though)

The inside looks much cheaper than it should (bearing in mind this case retails at around the £100 mark )

Open the front door and you can't help but feel disappointed

The panels look cheap and nasty (and they are)

Even the magnetic strip had not been stuck on properly and I'll have to reattach it, it just started coming off when I first opened the door

This case I have to say is one to avoid, and I'll be relegating this case to a low spec server duty

Next up is the Lian Li PC 60

Box:

This is my first Lian Li Case, previously all my cases (bar the aincient beige ones) have been CM and I have to say first impressions on the Lian Li are very good

It's all Alu so very light, the simple lines enhance the appeal of the case

The only things about this case I wasn't keen on:

The "carbon fibre" effect thing at the front
80mm fans

Other than that the build is supurb

I may even be tempted to move my main rig into this beauty (depending on cooling, and possbly fitting a window)

Yup came with everything, box was a bit worn that's it

have to say though the Lian Li build quiality is supurb, whereas the Enermax is just poor.

Guess they should stick to making what they are good at (PSUs)

So your a Lian Li convert :p

The cases with a V infront of the name, V1*00, V2*00, V800 are much better again than the PC6* and PC7/7* series.

:D

Even if it is a warped door, you could still contact Antec, and get them to send out a new reinforced door.

100% true, and would take less than a week. BUT the question is did I need another p180 THAT bad after the one I sold doors warped after a year.

(Replaced, 9 days total)

Antec do have best in the buisness customer aftersales support.
