They're hosted on a site which has been flagged as having something dodgy (which may or may not be correct) but the png in the signature isn't.

Vbulletin doesn't let you put anything that risks security in posts or signatures and it's pretty unusual to catch a cold off a picture (not impossible if you have the right vulnerabilities in your browser but not nearly as common as script vulnerabilities).
