just got a new build.

i have setup my new build for my computer, everything is new expect my hard drive. when installing when booting up i get a quick flash of a blue screen and then it resets and then loops over and over if i dnt stop it. any sugestions wud be great.

have i pulged sumit in the from sata ports, is the only thing i can think of. just this is my first system build.

What mode was the HDD set to in the old system? IDE, ACHI, was it part of a raid setup?

maybe try changing that in the bios.

go in to the BIOS when you restart and see what the HDD controller is set to. and if its ACHI change it to IDE, if its IDE change it to ACHI and see what happens.
