Just got FEAR - What patches do i require?

All i can say is wow!

This game rules. I had a quick bash on MP but i noticed that i am not up to date. I have checked a few sites, and found there are 2 patches: 1.01 and 1.02, with 1.01 having three times as many downloads.

Are there issues with the latest patch then?

1.01 probably has more downloads at the moment because it's older.
