Just got my first Mac (Air 13") need help

Hi all

Just got my first Mac, a Mac Book Air 13".

Now i need to transfer loads of emails and folders from my old windows laptop running microsoft outlook to the new standard email client on my new mac.

How do i go about doing this?

There are a few methods. What version of ms mail are you using? And what is your email provider? If the emails are still on the server it is just as simple as directing mail at this server and downloading. If they only exist on your hard drive the above guide is your start point.
