... And wow :D.

What a lovely device. Been playing all day with it, bought a few apps and set up my email, I'm even writing this post on it. I owned a 3GS since release and recently changed to a sgs2 so knew what apple had to offer.

I was at first a bit sceptical over what I would use a iPad for and didn't see much point to them. But the misses bought one and I found my self using it more and more. I tried a few tablets including the transformer but none felt as smooth as the iPad. So last Tuesday I it the bullet and bought the black 32gb wifi model. Just waiting for my smart cover to appear and the camera kit.

So is there any worth while apps you recommend or any tips you can give me?

Right now to go stare at a mac book pro for bit :rolleyes:

It's win, even on my iPod touch.

OMG I really want an iPad, but everyone's telling me they're a waste of money, I mean what? They're only £400 or so...

I was on the edge of buying one the other day but realised I don't actually need one, I just want one, because I can.
 
I bought one the other day too, and am very surprised at how much I am actually using it, and also how easy it is to type on!

check out the website appshopper as you can search for apps that have recently had a price drop, I got asphalt racing 6 for 99p! nBA Jam is another must.

cover wise I bought a very cheap (£10) cover from the rainforest site that covers the front and back and also does the magnetic screen lock/unlock and I couldn't be more pleased with it.
 
Well day 2 with the pad. The smart cover and camera kit is on its way and should be here today. I plan to get a plastic molded cover off the rainforest.

Ive become a bit addicted to Cut the Rope also be nice to see Facebook and Spotify make a dedicated app. I will have a look at those games tonight and see if any take my fancy. Certainly not buying Angry Birds again, have that for my phone and played it to death.
