Just got my new MBP :)

Managed to get work to buy me a new 17" MacBook Pro and after ordering it nearly two weeks ago it's finally arrived. 2.93Ghz C2D, 4GB DDR3 and 320GB 7200rpm HDD, and I got the antiglare screen coating too.

So far I love it, I've been using a 15" screened laptop until now but didn't really appreciate how much bigger the 17" would be, still I'm not exactly a small person, and it weighs about the same as my last machine.

Being a work machine I'm not looking for any games or other such apps, but are there any particularly useful/productive apps anyone uses, ssh, ftp other utilities, that kind of thing, I had a quick browse of macupdate.com but there's so much there.

It wasn't an option when I ordered, just glossy or antiglare. It's a shame, but I really don't like the glossy screens to work on.

Apart from the coating is there technically much difference between the screens?
