Why no ambient occlusion?

I can see why you guys can beat all vram threads to death
Sorry to pee in your thread, but I can't help to post this:

Obviously the EVGA forum is not too fond of 1GB vram at least.

So why do the 1 Gb 560s outperform the 2 Gb 6970
People on those EVGA forums are likely just ignorant like you, and will never realize that 2 Gb Vram wont boost performance at all for a 560 ti at 1920x1200 resolution.
and even if they personally thing it will, THEY CAN BUY 2 GB GTX 560 TI'S ANYWAY
Seriously, why dont you just go away and keep on posting your bile on the EVGA forums instead of constantly hijacking and urinating in threads here, and spamming your irrefutably UNPROVEN BS?
The graphs you posted - 4x MSAA. If you read up anything about this game, you will see that it is simply COMPLETELY BUGGED AND UNPLAYABLE with MSAA set that high, EVEN ON CARDS WITH 2-3 GB VRAM.

the SLI GTX 560 ti clearly outperforms the GTX 580,
Because it's an NVIDIA's game
Obviously the GTX560 Ti 1GB SLI is not good at MSAA 4X, while the GTX570s and the GTX580 are much better at it.
I think when you give the claim that GTX560 Ti 1GB SLI beats a single GTX580, you should include this information in the future quoting these pictures, otherwise it's deceiving![]()
Hang on a minute. I was just looking at some 560Ti SLI reviews and they showed it beating a single 580 with 8xMSAA (!) in BC2 and several other games by a significant margin. All the benchmarks I've found show the 560Ti SLI beating 580s and even 590s.

You are quoting some old games. We are talking about BF3 I'm afraid.
Heres the review that Harmony took those graphs from:
http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/foru...force-gtx-560-ti-2win-dual-gpu-review-10.html
Notice how in each and every other game, the GTX 560 Ti SLI massively outperforms a single GTX 580, even at 2560x1600 resolution.
Harmony just FAILED hard yet again

Driver problem is the only logical conclusion given that 560Ti SLI beats a 580 in every other benchmark available, including in ones testing MSAA at 8x
And at 2560x1600.
Driver problem is the only logical conclusion given that 560Ti SLI beats a 580 in every other benchmark available, including in ones testing MSAA at 8x, yet to harmony's puny little mind this is irrefutable proof of some kind of limiting factor on the vram.
Nothing new there then.
And at 2560x1600.
Ok, so now, according to Harmony logic, Witcher 2 and Shogun 2 are simply old games
Why you're still allowed to post here, I'll never know.
So you are telling me that the GTX560 Ti 1GBs must wait for the driver fix in order to enjoy the latest games with MSAA?
And on top of all this I just did a quick Youtube search and it turned up a video posted a day ago of someone running BF3 at 4xMSAA, 1080p, all settings on ultra, on a pair of Tis and they are getting 55fps consistently, which would put it above the 580 in the benches harmony posted, even if you take of 5 frames to account for the difference between 1080p and 1200p.
Which means that those benches are bull****.
