Sorry if its a bit weird this message but i dont know what im doing ha ha! :p

You have to install media connect from that website then from that software you can share out music folders to the xbox...... You can then go into the 'Media' section I think of your xbox and say Stream from PC.

You have to go through a little setup on the xbox so that they pair together.

It's simple thou

Media connect will only let you stream from your PC, not actually place music on the 360's HDD.

The only way to physically put music on is the old method of ripping an audio CD, like you had to with the Xbox.

Easiest thing is to stream it though, less hassle when its up and running and acheives the same thing provided you are networked to your PC.

I think to play music through games it has to be on the HDD of the xbox. You can't stream music into a game has to be on the HDD IIRC.....

Yes you can ;)

(If your using the music option through the Xbox guide, dont think you can stream music via a games actual 'in-built' options).

personally I quite often just plug my ipod into the 360, and stream from that. Only thing is that it seems quite slow at reading the ipods database, but I guess apple don't exactly bend over backwards to help microsoft with integrating the xbox and ipod.
