Just got PS3, no access to store

Ok got my PS3 created account updated the PS3 with the latest software.

Found I haven't been able to access the PS Store since I turned on and registered yesterday afternoon.

Obviously there is a massive thread about the major security breach etc etc but I thought Id just ask for new users like me should the store be unavailable, is it unavailable for everyone else at the moment?

Apologies for being behind, but I thought if I made a thread Ill get a much quicker response :)

As for missing out on the free conent sony are giving away - I'd hardly say your missing out on much at all. A Choice of 2 games from a list of 5 (mostly) old games. Imo I'm disapointed in what sony are offering as there isn't much worth at all. Nor are they much fun (maybe infamous, but you could pick it up cheap anyway)
 
Their choice of games is amazingly poor. I could have 3 copies of WipEout HD + Fury now. The first that I bought, the second from PSN+ and the third from this selection. Bugger off I've got platinum 7 times now! :o
 
It's still down and at this point I don't think it'll be up tomorrow like they said it would be, we haven't heard a peep from Sony no kind of update whatsoever.
