Just had Sky Fibre installed - is the Sky Q hub limiting me?

So finally our estate has been activated for fibre (yay!) and I've got Sky fibre max.
Got activated yesterday and according to the Sky Hub I'm connected at 79994 downstream and 19999 upstream.

If I do a speedtest then I get about 74 or 75Mb, and downloads seem to not go above 7.5MB/s (tested on usenet and an FTP server) - I would think I should be getting about 9MB/s? These speeds are tested on my pc that is hardwired via gigabit to the hub.

My line stats according to the hub are:

Connection Speed (Kbps) 79994 19999
Line Attenuation (dB) DS1:8.7 DS2:16.6 DS3:21.4 US0:2.5 US1:16.6 US2:17.4
Noise Margin (dB) DS1:7.5 DS2:7.5 DS3:7.5 US0:20.3 US1:20.6 US2:20.2

I don't know really what this means, I just want to really know if something is limiting me, be it the hub or just the wiring of the flat?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks!

If the speedtest reports 74 or 75 from a 79 sync, then you are not being limited in any way. Downloads will always be slightly different due to the different overheads involved.

Yea sorry I wasn't clear really - the 74Mbps is fine, however my main question is why can I not get anything to download at over 7.5MB/s?
Tried multiple sources and it's like there's a cap or something?
