Just impulse bought... correct choice?

I've uncharacteristically just ordered...

Aerocool DS200 in green

and

Antec Kuhler 1220

...with very little planning. Both are to be wrapped around my existing 2500K build, but eventually carried forward for a Devil's Canyon i7. I think I must have been subconsciously waiting on a good looking ATX case for years, cos I just fell in love with that Aerocool the moment I saw it...

Tell me I made a good choice, guys? ^^;

Not so sure on the case, personally, but the cooler is pretty decent.

If you like lime green then you have made a good choice on the case!

I quite like the case, not my colour but they obviously make it in that colour as other people do!

Case aesthetics are pretty subjective anyway really ^^ Vast majority these days seem to either be utilitarian affairs that were designed purely for function, or look like they could transform into a gigantic robot of death at any moment. Neither really suit my tastes... but I love the DS200's smooth and clean look.

I've been grumping along with an old Akasa Zen, which has poor airflow at the front, poor cable management, and the PSU at the top and thus no upper vent - purely because back when I bought it there wasn't anything else that looked as simple on the outside.

Also half the mats and towels in my house are about that same shade of green, so... it'll work out
