You do indeed need to provide your own drive however for a penny less that £15 you can turn your unused drives into a speedy external unit thatll happily run close to if not the same as internal speeds. Add to this one of our well priced internal 2.5" drives or even an SSD and you have yourself an outstanding value and exceptionally quick portable drive to take anywhere and everywhere you should wish

Just got my enclosure this afternoon, USB3 is good int it

Even came with a screwdriver and extra USB-Power cable

I suppose I should have mentioned that in my description. All in all its an excellent value unit
