Just installed cats 10.3, weird issue

Ello Guys,

I just updated to the new catalyst drivers. The screen goes darker when there are no windows open, open a window or the start menu and the screen goes brighter. Is it meant to do this or could it be sommit else causing it? Didnt do it with 10.2. Its a sony bravia connected to it using hdmi.
