just installed f10 bios!

hi i have a ds4 mobo , and i used the f6 bios for adges , yeaster day i installed the f10 bios , but it wont allow me the run my e6400 at 3.80 ghz any more infact it wont boot above 380 in bios?
is the f10 bios not as good as the f6? or less stable ? thanks

Clear CMOS and start again.

hi i have tried clearing coms etc , but the f10 bios max setting is stepping 8 , fsb 370 cpu running about 3.14 ghz

on old f6 i was at stepping 9 fsb 412
