Just installed manhunt, wont work!

ive just reinstalled manhunt as i feel like playing it again, so i just reinstalled it but whenever i click on the .exe, it just comes up with a message saying manhunt.exe has stopped working. It used to work fine on my old computer, but that was with XP so i thought it must be vista, but turns out my friend completed it on vista about 3 weeks ago, so its another problem, ive reinstalled it twice but have no idea what to do, any suggestions?

im guessing its a Vista/driver problem, have you tried updating your drivers?

Just buy Manhunt 2 instead.... ooopps!
