Hi guys,

My first post here, so hello ;)

Just wanted to tell you about the Scythe Ninja 2 heatsink w/ fan - well, it's very nice!!

It was a bit tricky installing it in to the NZXT Hush case and I had to take the PSU out to reach the push pins properly (got a few cuts on my fingers in the process too), but it defo fits in to this case with a few spare mm. So no worries there :)

This is my first time overclocking my system and I currently have it running at a very stable 2.9Ghz idle core temps of 35 degrees C. Whilst running Prime stress tests the core temps have not gone above 58 degrees yet. I'll be pushing the FSB a bit harder tomorrow methinks.

System specs are as follows:

Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.9Ghz (FSB=325.5Mhz, VCore=1.432v)
Scythe Ninja 2 w/ fan and Arctic Silver 5 compound
G.Skill F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK DDR2 2Gb running at 813Mhz with 2.0v

Anyway, I just wanted to say that the Ninja 2 is one of the best additions to my system and would highly recommend one if you're on the look-out. This is my first 'proper' heatsink and can't wait to (carefully) explore it's capabilities!

BTW, if anything in the above spec stands out as being wrong, I'm open to suggestions on how to improve my setup. I'm still getting to grips with oc'ing.

Cheers,

Mike.
