Just had a nice keyboard and mouse combo land from our friends at Cougar. Looks pretty and it's at the right price point. The switches are a hybrid mechanical, and the mouse switches Omron. The backlight has seven colour options. Check out more details on the link below :)

Good combo. I really like it for the price. only 2 down sides. Keys don't light up and the mouse isn't the greatest, but that is a great price. Was looking to downgrade from the SteelSeries M800 to something like this. Will have a think

It's a great price for what it is. I think this will sell like hot cakes as presents for kids or younger siblings that want a pretty keyboard at a price where it doesn't matter so much if they spill their juice on it.
 
Good for kids who need a decent enough keyboard ot hold them over or for a first time gamer wanting to get into gaming.

How do the keys feel? Are they fairely mechanical or do they feel more like rubber dome switches??

They are a good halfway house. Like suggested it's great for noobs or kids or people who want a cheap keyboard that looks great.

In games, the keyboard felt fantastic, the hybrid switches really making a difference compared to a standard membrane dome. Though eons away from the responsiveness of true mechanical switches, these do offer a nice half-way home and generally exceed expectation. Though, lacking the ability to adjust the polling rate (none disclosed) it may not quite live up to the level some gamers desire for their games, but overall there were no major concerns."

Noobs...kids...lol.

More like people who would rather spend mech kb money on an upgrade but still have something reasonably attractive
