Just finished an amazing paella, had it loads of time but never actually attempted to make it before.

Did it with chicken, chorizo, some mixed seafood and threw in some massive tiger prawns at the end.

Used a Jamie Oliver recipe, only loosely followed it though (didn't have any clams/mussells in shells and used chicken instead of pork).

Above pic is the leftovers (sorry, crappy phone pic), after we'd eaten a portion each, and I've put some in fridge for my dinner tomorrow... Think maybe I need to scale it down if I make it again!

I tried the Spicy Chorizo from the new Tesco Tapas range - gave it a lovely little kick, was just right.

Would like to make it again, does anyone have any special recipes/additions I could try?

EDIT: My dad just arrived unexpectedly and hasn't eaten. Result, some of my leftovers gone!

Yer well harsh. Doesn't look bad at all. I enjoy a nice fishy paella and the purists say not to put chicken in but I always do.
