I think that's what you call it

Basically I don't want my audience to see what I am about to say on the projector until I have said it.

Is there a way I can set it up so after I have said it, then I can press a key on my notebooks keyboard to show one of my bullet points? Then keep pressing the same key to show my next bullet point and so on till I move over to the next slide. How can this be done?

Many thanks in advance

just press F1.

it will give you instructions on how to do everything, and even use pictures.

You might weant to check what program the computer you are using for the presentation is running though (if it's not yours) as you might have to save in a different format for MS powerpoint to read openoffice files.

Many thanks for the help guys, these animations greatly simplify things. One problem I am having is that when I write out some text as bullet points I end up using 2 lines for that bullet point and here's the problem. On that new line the word doesn't start right under the first letter on line 1. Instead it starts a few letters towards the right. How can I fix this? I need it starting on the new line so it sits under the first letter from the first line, so the bullet points all look flush.

What do you mean it's the only way?

All I need to know is how to align the text so it underneath each other rather than to one side?

Well here's the problem, I am typing some bullet points out which you can see below:

Rogue warrior is a new satellite weapon system capable of
creating
wall of slime onto an enemies visor

Well there is the bullet point that I have typed in open office, now I couldn't get it in this forum looking completely right as it looks in open office. Where it says 'creating' that's on the first line and wall of slime starts a few places towards the right as shown but right under the first line. I hope you understand. How can this be fixed? I am sure it is something to do with the template alignment that I am using.

Any help much appreciated

Many many thanks in advance

It is for a university research and development project into using non lethal weapons for military groups. If a weapon of some sort can be made it would be funded by the British government. My presentation is to show ways in how it could be created.

does the final page look like this?
