Just sold a guitar on ebay and the chap has paid via paypal.

Thing is, he wants to come and collect it but i seem to have to "print a postage label" via paypal which also seems to involve paying for a delivery service before i can actually withdraw the money from paypal into my account.

Anyone know what i ought to do?

Cheers.

i think the way paypal works now is that he needs to leave feedback before they release the funds. something like that anyway

paypal sucks though. why cant he just bring cash if he is collecting. infact id demand it just incase he does a chargeback on paypal and you cant prove delivery

Yeh i thought that too. If i do ask for cash can he easily reclaim the money he's already sent via paypal?

Just ignore that 'printing a postage label', its not mandatory, just helpful if you can't be arsed to fath about in a post office.

You could easily send the money back to him (via Paypal) if you want cash on collection.

That should not restrict you from withdrawing money either, is your account verified, how old is the account?

My account is unverified but i dont think it matters. According to paypal they only release me the money after he leaves positive feedback or after 21 days without a dispute claim.
