Just ordered: Acer Predator X34

Hello I have just ordered the: Acer Predator X34A 34" 3440x1440 IPS G-SYNC WideScreen Super-Wide ZeroFrame Curved LED Monitor

Ive watched some videos and reviews and what Ive heard some people talking about is installing new/drivers

I understand about Graphics card drivers for example but I had no idea about monitor drivers...

When I get this in the post will i have to install new/drivers for the monitor? and if so will I just navigate to the acer website and look for the correct model/ID drivers and install as I would normally for my graphics card as an example?

lol thanks guys... however I am a little bit nervous... ive read some bad points about this monitor mainly about the screen bleeding.... I hope mine does not do that.

I should receive this on Monday. But my new PC wont be here for maybe at least a week. So I can only test my xbox one on it for now lol

its a hugggeeee box

Testing it out, PC has not yet arrived so I tried Xbox one on it. Shame Xbox One does not support 21:9 lol

Linked my laptop VIA HDMI, I set the display to 3440x1440, it looked really good but a tiny bit pixelated. However my laptop Graphics card is only a Geforce 880M. Not sure if it even supports 3440x1440

hahah. My bedroom is sooo small... I had to get rid of a work desk and a book case to be able to get the monitor and new PC in haha.

On my laptop display settings I picked 3440x1440 however it is a GeForce 880m so maybe it can't actually output at that res?
