Just ordered an xbox 360 arcade

Hi there, just managed to order an xbox 360 arcade, dead space, an extra wireless controller, and two game i don't really want much (lego indiana jones, and kung fu panda, came bundled with the extra controller) all for £132 pounds :D

Pretty happy, considering it as an early xmas present. Now i used to play forza 2 on my mates console, are people still playing this online much?

Pretty excited can't wait for it to come.

You'll be regretting getting the arcade model in a few days when you can't find the hard drive. :( Especially when the NXE update comes and takes most your storage space on wednesday.

Get onto Xbox.com and get one for 20 quid pronto!
 
I got the 60gb with same as u, also Viva Pinata. Sold Viva Pinata for about £8 and I'm lookin to get £20 for the Kung Fu Panda/Indiana Jones! Was all £170 and got a £10 gift card for spendin over £100 also :) So essentially, after sellin off all the stuff I hope to have for about £135 ish I'd say, A 60gb Premium + Wireless Controler. I guess you've got a decent deal on the Arcade but as people have said previously - for online play it'll be a regret but the upgrade is there.
 
Hey, so i got my xbox yesterday, all set up and playing. I'm really enjoying forza. In the end I went out and bought a second hand hard drive for 35 quid which was pretty good.

I was just wondering if maybe people would be so kind as to gift me a few cars or some money in forza? Thanks very much. Tom.

I'd suggest seeing as you've played no Xbox 360 games before (assuming)

DEAD RISING - Quality game IMO
FIFA 09 - if your a sports nut
PGR3 / 4 - great racers for sub £7
Fight Night 3 - great party game
Guitar Hero 3 With Guitar - Around £40 these days, great laugh , oh and rockband
Crackdown - Brilliant, brilliant game, GTA but actually fun
Saints Row - sub £6 and its fun, more GTAy than crackdown
Gears of War - original can be had sub £10 or new one is out
Cod 2 , 4 or 5 - great shooters, pick your price range
