Just ordered conroe rig what u think?

Just bought a conroe rig togo with my new 8800gts kit includes

6600 conroe cpu
2gb geil 6400c4 ddr2 ram (on special at the min so why not)
gigabyte ds3
sythe ninja rev b heatsink

will i be ok with this spec for compatablity and overclocking?

Was gonna get a 6300 cpu but for 50quid more i think its a much better cpu 2.4ghz stock so overclocking it should be even easyer with that x9 multi right?
Went for the retail version so i have an extra heatsink just incase theres a problem with my ninja. Any different in the retail or oem chips?

Was gonna use my a64 3200+ with it but cant resist must buy better computer overall its cost me 900quid for the parts gpu,cpu,mboard,ram - 300quid for selling my old components = 600 quid for a kick ass comp
