Can someone advise me how I tell what size barbs / tubing to order and how much I will need? I have 1 CPU block and 1 graphics card in the loop...

Most people use G1/4" thread 1/2" barbs and then use 7/16" tubing as it provides a tight fit. You will need a pair of these for your rad as the Thermochills have different threads. For coolant pop down to your local Halfords or motoring shop and buy a 5Ltr container of de-ionised/distilled water for less than a fiver and then buy a bottle of additive such as Zerex or Petra'sTech PT_Nuke -PHN to prevent algae and corrosion. Don't waste your money on coloured fluids. If you want colour then buy coloured tubing instead.

G1/4" thread is the standard thread size for most pumps/blocks/reservoirs and rads. Thermochill is the exception as they use G3/8 threads. What you need are 1/2" barbs (preferably high flow) with G1/4 threads. Unfortunately OCUK don't seem to have any as they have gone over to compression fittings.

That tubing you are looking at is UV reactive. This is the stuff you need. The reason for getting 7/16" over 1/2" is because 7/16" gives a good tight fit over 1/2" barbs and is less likely to leak.

Personally I'm a 11/8mm convert, can produce far neater layouts than fat tubing with next to no performance loss.

Also check what threw siZe the rad is, I seem to remember that since Thermochill were bought out that they were now G1/4 threads.
