Just Ordered!

Got to love Alienware Customer Service, rang this morning to ask them to change the CPU to the new Penryn T9500 2.6GHz which they started selling 2 days ago.

They said no problem and it would only have 3 day delay on my laptop. Gotta love that, 6 MB Cache instead of 4. Nice! :D

Fab Arn't they...

I cancelled my Dell in the end because they could not get it right...

I am now thinking about ordering an m15x for myself...

Although wonder if I should wait for the m17x

Im changing the memory myself to 4 gig of OCZ 800 mhz PC2-6400. Alienware wanted a ridiculous amount for inferior memory so im getting my own.

its highly unlikely the ram will run at 800? but i bet its one hell of a system, love to see some pics and benchies when it comes :)
