just tried it, it didnt save my manual profile, just wondering if the battery that comes with it is a dud

(edit) nope, it will not save the time/date or my profile, think i may have a problem returning it now tho, i had to modify the cables slightly to put 4 pin fans into them, thought i ordered 3 pin ones

It will be extremely difficult to RMA if you've modified the design of any of the controller. Most manufacturers will claim you damaged it.

If you bought it from here, contact 5UB. He's OcUK's customer service wizard.

little update on this, turns out the battery supplied is re-chargeable or something, needed time to power up, took a few days but it now holds time/date/profiles perfect

I must have gotten a charged battery then as mine worked from the start.
