I think it used to be on BBC1 on a Saturday just before Going Live (or Live & Kicking, I forget which)

Not sure about the font though. You'll end up getting the cartoon thread resurrected again

I did my own t-shirt design once, maybe one day I will get around to making it.... not that I could wear it myself though, that would be a bit .....weird
