Someone probably emailed the wrong person, thinking you were someone else, who had agreed to buy FEAR from "you"??? And you've just pasted this innocent guys address and phone number for quite possibly, no reason.

Give him a call and ask him what that email was about.

That's a definite scam, known as 'The Wrong Number' scam. She's not wagging off school & is probably a Geordie really, cunning.
