For what purpose do you require such magic wizardry?
I am trying to find where this would be useful other than restoring old damaged photos, paintings or art.

I guess the algorithm analyses what the photo (face/apple/plane/cat) is and then perhaps a database and may be even online comparison then do a filler.
I am not sure how it would work say if you do some street photography then blank out the same thing on it.
