But does the P5W DH Deluxe Wireless support Conroe out of the box?

Some people say I need a BIOS flash, is this true.... if so, can there be linkages and evidence.

I thought that it was out of the box... and I would flash the BIOS anyway since it would have fixes and performance enhancements in the update
